Project Report 1 Feedback/ Process Check- In
Life Review and Action Learning Pathway
Toby Rainland 9:50am Tutor Richard Perkins 26/10/2011
What is going well for me?
· Enjoying visual content, spending a lot of time on computer, but needed for visual process. Enjoying tying project R together.
I feel like I’m doing a good amount of outputting whilst being very busy.
· Its very nicely invading my brain, alongside what else I do, I carry it with me in day-to-day life. Feels integrated and present in my life.
· Fixed on a few projects but enjoying flexibly entertaining new ideas, PC flows through them.
What am I finding challenging?
· Trying to ground chaotic thoughts, I need to write things down, ground them in systems so I have logical and progressive pathways.
· Too much time on study and not balancing health and well being. Dip. And Uni at top of list but maybe needs to balance.
MAYBE BRING THIS PROJECT FORWARD! Good opportunity to rearrange priorities.
· Spent evening with Stella relaxing/ learning together, giving up study time and breaking out of habit to work.
· Re balance life, resist having fun and leisure. MORE FUN. IF IT AINT FUN, DON’T DO IT!
· Getting a care leaver to live with us soon, living with lies concerns me. I tell truth as I don’t get into trouble for it.
Care leaver doesn’t maybe think like that. Need to think about unlearning and example setting.
Ready logistically, but unsure how dealing with “damaged” person will go. Sharing my space is another new area.
What are my next achievable steps?
· Health and Well being project prioritized. Means I will have to change things, sacrifice work time for leisure, makes me a
little uncomfortable. What the pattern here? What’s the blockage? Is this a juicy learning edge from which to explore this PR?
I never seem to prioritize Health and Well being for much time.
· Losing weight is a priority, feeling lighter and fitter. On third week, but some work to do! Outcome would be fantastic.
Getting this done has impact on many things.
· Some key in here for me to unlocking other patterns.
· Various house projects, energy use and draught proofing and veg for the winter. Great to eat from the garden!
· Setting up wormery and plant more food. Sounds chaotic. But moving things around to more logical order.
· Community energy generation workshop- then talking to your community.
· Worth Revisiting Alp And Looking At More Flows, Interconnections, Etc. How Can You Stack Functions And Get More Details In?
· Little Project Synopsis With Next Achievable Steps And When You Will Take Them.
· This Detail Can Help Build A Calendar To Check Back On, As Well As Helping Ground Ideas And Turning Them Into Reality…
What are my long-term visions and goals?
· Sustainable urban environments- doesn’t want to be an architect. Not just computer aided design person; want to be involved
with community.
· Love to get a first degree. That would be ace!
· Is it worth exploring long-term vision/ goals. Is this something to do with Stella, get a whole wall full of paper and spit out
your highest ideals and values? What are you unwilling to compromise, what aren’t you. What are your totally unlimited
dreams? Which aspects do you share? Which bits do you love to support in each other? What habits don’t you support?
What work do you want to do together? Which bits do you wish to do separately? What is your joint holistic goal?
· Could this be part of your health and wellbeing/ vision project?
· Living in co- housing scene suits. Never had long-term visions, things have happened organically.
